Aptos recently partnered with Bain & Company to survey almost 400 retail IT executives across the US, Canada and the UK to get a better understanding of the State of Unified Commerce. Among survey respondents, there was strong consensus (65%-75%) around the potential impacts of Unified Commerce on profits, inventory and the customer experience. However, there was also a significant disconnect between their Unified Commerce ambitions and their strategies and enterprise preparedness for the transition
